9D speaks to the nine dimensions of sound used within the journeys, including binaural brain entrainment, solfeggio frequencies, isochronic brainwave tones, guided coaching, bioacoustical sound effects, subliminal hypnotic therapy, and somatic breathwork.

9D Breathwork can be an individual session, couples/friend session or small groups of people (we cap it off at twelve) experiencing the same journey, having completely different experiences of healing, clarity, perspectives, and outcomes based on lived experience. Each person is privately immersed in their journey using headphones and eye masks in a safe space where we offer energy support throughout.
Other components of our living and dying better offerings include, Usui Reiki, Herbalism & Nutritional Consults, Sound Healing, Grief Support, and End of Life Planning/Death Doula Care for those wanting to plan for an end which none of us escape, those facing their end and those souls left behind in mourning.
